Information Collection and Use
Ryder Photography holds the customer's trust in the highest regard. Ryder Photography collects customer information from a number of sources, for a number of purposes.
Event Participant Information
Ryder Photography receives event participant data from event organizers (first/last name, email address) which is used to communicate the availability of event images on
http://events.ryderphoto.ca This communication is via direct email to event participants and includes links to the event image gallery which direct participants to their own pre-searched event images for quick & efficient viewing and purchasing.
How Many Emails Do We Send?
One initial email is sent when event images are available for viewing. A second email may be sent to participants who have not placed an order within 60 days as a reminder. A participant may unsubscribe at any point either by following the unsubscribe link within the email or by contacting Ryder Photography at

Occasionally Ryder Photography offers coupons or discounts, and may email participants to advise them of the special offers. Any promotional emails are specifically related to the event the participant took part in.
Newsletter Subscription
Customers may subscribe to Ryder Photography’s e-Newsletter via an online sign-up form at

Personal Communication
Customers who communicate with Ryder Photography by email, phone or mail will receive communications in the same manner. Communications are limited to services the customer has retained Ryder Photography to provide.
List Management
Ryder Photography will never sell, share, rent or provide personally identifiable information to its partners or any third party. Customers will never receive unsolicited email or contact.

Zoomphoto.ca is the largest provider of event photography in Canada and it’s likely that event participants may already be a customer of Zoomphoto.ca
For orders placed on
http://events.ryderphoto.ca we request information from the customer on an order form. Customers must provide contact information and payment information (credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers’ orders. If there is a problem processing an order, this contact information is used to communicate with the customer.
