To ensure we take great race photos of you here are a few tips.
Bibs On Front:
Don't be shy, wear your bib on your front! We'll be able to index your images and you'll find them in a jiffy. Bibs worn on your back or covered by jackets or running belts will result in images ending up in the lost & found category.
Run Where We Can See You:
If you're running behind another runner move on over. If you see us with a camera move over to an open area and we'll be able to shoot you clearly without other runners in front of you.
Move Over In The Chute
When coming through the finish chute spread out. If there's room move into an open area so we can see you and get a finish line shot for you. When a mass of runners come through together we pick off the runners we can clearly see, and have visible bibs.
Don't Stop At The Finish
When you cross the finish line keep on going. Stopping immediately causes congestion and effects the shots we get of other runners behind you. Plus it's not the greatest place to stop and there's usually a medal waiting for you just a little further up.
SMILE!
If you see a camera on course give us a smile, wave, thumbs up or whatever else takes your fancy, they all make for great pics!
Happy running!
