In order to offer your event the best coverage you have two event booking options to choose from.
You may retain our services to cover your event
We will work with you to understand your photography needs for the event and provide you with a quote based on those needs. After we have covered the event you will be provided with a disk of images with a Usage License as outlined in your quote. This option is ideal for corporate events and private functions, or for any event where images will be used in advertising, whether in print, or on the web.
You may request us to attend and cover your event
We will cover you event and afterwards images will be hosted online so event participants, visitors or yourself can view them. Prints and digital files will be available to be purchased through this site. There is no initial cost to the event organizer. The only cost an event organizer might incur is if they purchased prints or digital files online. We do request that event organizers help promote and distribute information to participants regarding ordering images. This option is ideal for sporting events with registered participants or public events. This option allows for personal use of the images. It does not grant license or permission for images to be used commercially or for advertising, whether in print, or on the web. If an event organizer wishes to use images commercially or for advertising after the event please contact us and we will be pleased to quote a Usage License for you. In many cases, we provide event organizers access to an assortment of images for future event promotion.
Prints & digital files purchased through this site include a license for personal use only. Any commercial use, including but not limited to print & web advertising, requires a Usage License. Please contact us to purchase an appropriate Usage License.
